I was hoping with this being his biggest test, he'd get the team ready.

Rizzi might be similar to DA in that they are capable coordinators but perhaps overwhelmed at HC.
One thing is certain, though. This team wants to play for Rizzi and they gave up on DA. The Allen experience sucked for all involved.
