That sucks. That Rams defender needs to be out for the rest of the year.

To me it looks like if Hill had spun or hurdles a little bit different, the DB could have taken out Jared Verse's knee instead, which would have been an extremely costly injury to the Rams 1st round pick. It was a stupid reckless play. Verses leg actually does end up folded under Hill in the collision, so the Rams are just lucky Verses ankle didn't happen to be in the wrong position when it got folder and slid with 800lb of men on it. If the Rams play every tackle against out of division 4-8 teams as a fight to the death, they are going to have everyone injured too.

We may have seen the last of Hill, I am afraid.

We will hear from him again in March or April when he restructures his $10mil salary to defer $7.2mil over the salary cap years of 2026-2029, making the cap hit to cut or trade him larger and effectively guaranteeing his 2025 pay regardless for skill and injury. It's too bad that we have put him in a position where he can't afford to play for a contender because the pay cut would be more than he could possibly justify to his family.

Nope. I was there giving them all the support I could. I was yelling my ass off when we were on defense, not like the morons starting the dumbass wave while we were on offense.

And I save my contempt for those more worthy in my humble opinion. ;)

Well, with your a$$ long yelled off, you might want to rethink your strategy.
