Rival Saints Forum Banned Member for Endorsing Kellen Moore for Head Coach in 2022
 

This is hilarious. As some of you may know, blackandgold.com's top competitor Saints forum is run by a gentleman named Andrus out of Soviet Russia. For those of you who are not familiar, you are very lucky to be here on black and gold. Andrus has banned countless members for in any way disparaging any decision made by his dream man, Mickey Loomis.

A particularly hilarious anecdote came up with the Saints hiring of Kellen Moore as head coach. In 2022 when the Saints when searching for a new head coach, a member of that forum under the username NOFALCONS10 suggested Kellen Moore as his top pick for the Saints head coach opening that was later filled by hiring Dennis Allen internally.

NOFALCONS10 proposed Kellen Moore as a head coaching candidate for the Saints on January 25, 2022 in a post on the rival forum. About a week later, on February 3, 2022, he was permanently banned from that forum after 14 years of membership and 17,033 posts for having different opinions than the site owner Andrus (a convicted felon) and his drinking buddy Mickey Loomis.

Then this week when the Saints actually hired Kellen Moore, another forum member bumped this post, and someone had to tell them that member who started the post had been permanently banned for having opinions. After this happened, Andrus locked the post, so nobody else could comment on one of his exiles being right. I assume the member who bumped the post has also been permanently banned, and I hope they make their way to this superior forum. See pics for documentation.

So just remember how good you have it here. On other forums, differences of opinion are not welcome or tolerated and everything you read is heavily censored to the pro-Loomis view.

I wanna say I wasn't allowed to sign up because I was using a yahoo.com email address. I just remember it being something really silly.

I found that site before I knew about this one and was a member there for many years. I was even a site content contributor there at one point and working with Andrus to add to the site.

I was also banned.

I got in a political discussion on a thread on that site's politics board and demolished the other side with FACTS - NOT personal attacks, threats, or other things that should get someone banned. I took some of those same arrows in the discussion from the other side.

I DARED reach out to one of Andrus' underlings that was a moderator when i was suspended - and apparently a friend of the folks arguing with me - to say that I did not appreciate being suspended when I was discussing a political issue and stating facts that were proven with links while being called names and trashed.

I'm a big boy - the name calling did not matter, but the mods there had a bit of a self-righteous theme that they ran a tight and "fair" ship and that was being demonstrated to be BS.


Needless to say - questioning one of the most holy moderators over there got me dumped foreverrrrrrrr....

(and apparently they completely purged me because there is a new ARSaint over there and it sure isn't me)


Who freaking cares. That place probably still has some good Saints fan members, but the cloud of a$$holery that they operate under just made it icky.


We have our disagreements here but 99.9% of the time folks here don't call you a Nazi because you think we should have ran the fullback on 3rd and inches.

I was so glad I found this site and a place where we can talk Saints like adults.

By playing totally out of position. He came from a cover 2 defense in Indy, right? We played man up, right? The Colts knew exactly what he could and couldn't handle.
