Weak areas sure, but proof the weakest area of our team is general manager. We need to build in the trenches but cant do that without good talent evaluation at the top.

You do realize that Loomis doesn't do player evaluation, right? All he does is make them fit within the cap.

Also a QB in 3 of those 4 drafts. And possibly another this year. I guess you draft enough of them you'll hit eventually right?

I believe statistically less that 20% drafted anywhere ever play more than a handful of snaps during the regular season in their entire career. That's why there's never more than a handful of elite QB's in the league at any given time. More than half the teams in the league are looking for a QB upgrade coming into the draft whether the end up drafting one or not.
