I'd like to know how many fans actually want this to be the case. I'll admit, toward the end of last season I wanted the Saints to lose out for a great spot in the 2025 draft but I've never gone into a season hoping for failure.

It would be even sweeter with the baseless pundits predictions. Of course, we'll have to check in with Vegas to see if we're ordained to win it this year.

If you're rooting for a horrible Saints season you're probably gambling that it would force Loomis out. But that's a dangerous game to play. Loomis would blame our 1-16 season on injuries, tariffs, the media, climate change, AI, stray cats or whatever else he could come up with and the front office would probably buy it.
