The vast majority of hall of fame caliber running backs declined sharply starting around Kamara's current age. There are a few outliers but not many, and there is no consistent profile among the outliers where you can say that because of Kamara's lower utilization or shifty style he can play longer. I have a past post about it. Father time is undefeated. Kamara can expect anything he likes but facts tell us if he continues 2-3 years after this his year 30 season, he is likely to sharply decline during those years if he sticks in the league at all. The best approach with Kamara would be to keep the contracts year to year and have a backup plan, because every season there is essentially a 50% chance of a massive drop in production.
