Whoever is in charge of these decisions is horrible at their job. The Saints are leaving so much opportunity and revenue on the table with the lack of uniform combos.

Gold Jersey x Black Jersey x White Jersey x Blackout Jersey x Gunmetal Jersey x Color Rush Jersey

Gold Pants x Black Pants x White Pants x Blackout Pants x Gunmetal Pants x Color Rush Pants

And you mix and match combinations from there. This is one of the best color schemes in sports. Capitalize.

Plus we need updated versions of our throwbacks where the gold matches on all the apparel.

The NFL limits the use of non-standard uniform usage to four times per season with either an alternate or throwback making up those four games. It was only three games prior to this season. It's not really up to the Saints as far as diversity .... it's mandated by the league.

Seattle has the Blue, White, Neon Green, Gray, and a Throwback. We should have a Black, White, Gold, Gunmetal, and a Throwback even if we rarely get to wear them. It's definitely a missed opportunity.

You can have primary regular home and away jerseys and pants. You can have Alternate which is the color rush ... white for us and neon for Seahawks. And you can have a Throwback.

It's one the blessings of the Saints' logo, the FDL. It looks great in many iterations, permutations and colors.

Back to the helmets. I'm all for whatever gets the players motivated to demolish opponents. If it's a new helmet or a new coach or a new flavor gatorade... just do it.

The all white looks too bright and not the least bit intimidating like a darker uniform. When I started playing rugby everyone wore white shorts. Forty years later we wear black because it just looks tougher.

The all black look is much too close to the Falcons uniforms to suit me. The white helmets don't appeal to me as much as the gold does though. I like things that are old school and I like our throw back uniforms the best.
