The Saints take on the Broncos in the final pre-season game of the 2025 season. Spencer Rattler will start at quarterback or the Black and Gold. Kickoff is NOON cst in the Superdome in New Orleans.

Perhaps the blame should be on Payton as opposed to Loomis.

Here's a big clue to the New Orleans Saints quarterback competition. On Thursday, head coach Kellen Moore announced that Spencer Rattler, not Tyler Shough, will start in Saturday's preseason game with the Denver Broncos. That doesn't mean Rattler will also start in the regular season opener against the Arizona Cardinals, but it does suggest Rattler is in the lead.

Moore said as much in his media availability after practice: "We just went with that, he's done a nice job. We kind of rotated it last week, we'll rotate it this week. The goal is to get all three of those guys in there." When pressed on whether Rattler being first up indicated his status for Week 1, Moore grinned and replied, "No. Nope."

Anyone know if Rattler has ever played with Olave, Kamara, McCoy and Rashid all at the same time?

All of those players were on the field together for like 2 games last season before everybody got injured and broken, so probably not yet.
