this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Simple enough. With the NFL season starting in less than two weeks, who will be the Saints QB to start the season? Rattler? Shough? This guy?:...

Re: QB Poll
No clue. I just expect Moore to choose the one that best satisfies his short term agenda, whatever that might be. I'll be 100% supportive regardless of the decision.

Re: QB Poll
Okay, 76. Since Rattler hasn't differentiated himself from Shough even with a year's more experience in the league I would personally go with Shough given he was likely Moore's choice and given a guaranteed, yet still minimal rookie contract. I actually love the way Shough changes his arm angle on throws and his size and presence when he decides to run on those RPO's.
But, no telling what they are thinking and seeing behind their doors. As I said before, I'll support whatever they decide. |

Re: QB Poll
I don't think it matters. Regardless of who is named Qb week 1 both Qb’s will wind up starting games this year. I would put Rattler in first until we know what we have with our offensive line but that's just me.
Also since the coaches know more about it than I do I shouldn't open dialogue or discuss my opinion either way. I shouldn't even think about it, Ill just believe everything the organization says. I may regurgitateate some things I hear on Sirius radio and bash others for having their own opinions though. |

Re: QB Poll
I have no idea. Lol. Maybe put each of the quarterbacks in for two games. By week five most of the offensive line will be injured, so then you can put that goofy bastard in there and let him get eaten alive by defenses.

Re: QB Poll
From what I've seen from the three games I would say Shough. I like how he changes his release point to be able to make the throw. Feel like the catchers dropped 4-5 balls against the Broncos they should have had.
I've nothing against Rattler but he doesn't wow me either. |
