Thread of Assumptions
 

As titled, these are only assumptions.

Assume that Haslett gets fired. Also assume that the coaches listed below get fired. Which coach would you want to replace him?

The coaches on the "hot seat" in the NFL are Brian Billick, Dom Capers, Mike Tice, and Mike Martz.

The coaches on the "warm seat" are Steve Mariucci, Mike Holmgren, Mike Mularky, Herm Edwards, and Jeff Fisher.

The last two on the warm seat list might be my own little pipe dream but again, these are assumptions.

I don't see Edwards going anywhere, he lost his top 2 QB's early in the season in the same game. Throw into that they actually had a great chance of beating the Chargers this past weekend and I just don't see it. Fisher on the other hand...I wouldn't be shocked. On a more serious note though, can you actually see this organization hiring one of those guys?

I'm digging Edwards and Capers. Any new coach needs to build on defense since the O (with the exception of WR and RB) needs SERIOUS overhauling. Just mho.

On an equally serious note, can you actually see any of these guys wanting to come here? Wherever here is.

But, I suppose some coaches may be desperate for a job.
