NFL gets Benson a babysitter
CZAR'S SCOOP: The league has hired former Miami Dolphins president Eddie Jones to represent the commissioner in New Orleans and monitor the situation. Jones, a LSU grad, will live in Louisiana and his first order of business will probably be to ascertain if the Saints can return to their Metairie practice facility early next year. The NFL would support such a move if the neighborhood around the facility is worth moving the players and club personnel back to.
With the players living there, maybe traveling to all "home" games wouldn't be such a big deal. The Superdome says it may be ready to host games next November. Owner Tom Benson's concern, though, concerns how many people will be living in New Orleans six months from now. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/5137540 |

..it don't matter if all the people in Mexico City move to the New Orleans Metro area if the Saints keep on playing like that....

RE: NFL gets Benson a babysitter
Agreed. Sorry Tom, you can't use that excuse for not coming back. Why don't you give people a reason to come back? That'd be nice. Thanks.
