I do not see that happening shakespear. Joe is the only sure handed reciever we got. WR is important in the draft but speed is not the issue but hands and guts over the middle are. We lead the nfl in dropped passes this year i believe. Zack's improvement this year will free up the coverage in the middle of the field next year. I can see use trading henderson or donte first. Joes contract will be hard to deal.

oh i just meant cut him. i do like hilton though. the kid has promise. i love joe but i am just wondering if he doesn't show up next year will we cut him. he needs to come out next season and have a good one.

I don't think we will cut him. We signed him to a six-year deal to ensure that he will retire as a Saint. Also, aren't there cap penalties for just cutting a player?

I love Joe, but he wasn't exactly sure-handed this year. I saw him drop a bunch of balls... when he was actually on the field (which wasn't too much)

It all depends on the salary cap and what if any WR's we get out of this draft. If we get a couple of good ones in my opinion he will get cut (salaray cap).

we will keep joe besides the cash and we gave roaf away because of him as roomer has it or was that disproven? has anyone kissed and told yet? :oops: Anyways i have faith Joe will show up next year with a big chip on his shoulder after last year. I hope he and bentley can kiss and make up though. All we need is a reciever that can catch over the middle without closing his eyes and joe will be the happiest camper next year. i sent stick'em to donte and henderson this year for x-mas. yes we will be pentilized on the cap. how much i think is based on the contract they sign for with another team. anyone know for sure?

I think he will be back this year, but maybe we need to look for another one that's just had surgery that will be in the draft this year. They would make some nice bookends.

A new coach should cut Horn, best reciever or not. He's completely out of control, calling out LeCharles Bentley in the news and making idiotic comments about US, the original N.O. Saints fans. He started off the year as a true role model, but quickly became a whiny primadonna who would be better served shutting up. I say cut him now and lets move on.

I tend to agree with ya GT, but give the new coach a change to talk to him first and see where his head is at. If he's becoming another TO I say kick him out as quick as we can.
