Nall interested in the Saints?
I like the guy coming out and shouting he wouldn't mind the Saints:
Saints | Nall interested Thu, 12 Jan 2006 09:22:20 -0800 Bob Tompkins, of The Town Talk, reports Green Bay Packers QB Craig Nall is interested in playing for the New Orleans Saints in 2006. http://www.kffl.com/hotw/NFL?page=1 |

RE: Nall interested in the Saints?
Local product i believe. Wasn't he a former LSU and Northwestern State QB?
|
RE: Nall interested in the Saints?
Good link d
|
..seems Nall is "interested" in "playing" somewhere else other than Green BAy, it seems...
His page on ESPN says he's from Alexandria, LA and played college ball @ Northwestern State??.. ..guess he was demoted to 3rd after Rodgers was drafted. The guy has size, but I don't know about game, because I have never ever heard of him before I looked him up on espn.com :) , although I vaguely remember seeing his name in the Packers bench on the back of someone's jersey... |

Has nothing to do with that use of the word, cajuns and coon asses are the samething. Here's link:

This would be flattering....except....
Dolphins | Nall interested in competing for starting QB position Chiefs | Nall interested Titans | Nall interested Saints | Nall interested Packers | Nall ready to look elsewhere for opportunity So...dude wants to play QB. Not really like he singled out the Saints. Damn spk... how the hell does a Saints fan not know what a coon ass is? :D It's not a race thing man, but I have had some northerners look at me funny when I use the term. (Now that you mention it, I think they must have been surprised knowing I wasn't a rascist and thinking I was using a rascist term.) I say coon ass as a term of endearment....Bobby Hebert....the king of coon ass qbs :greendevil: |
i don't know yasoon what is a pizza steak
|
Here is the definition of a "coonass" from the Encyclopedia of Cajun Culture:
http://www.cajunculture.com/Other/coonass.htm This is an excellent reference guide to all things cajun. There have been at least two other cases of great "coonass" QB's in the NFL: One being Bobby Hebert and the other being Jake Delhomme. |
RE: Nall interested in the Saints?
Ok I will bite... bring him in! Cut Bouman. You can't go wrong with a homey who has been a Saints fan. He sees his opitunity to come home and play for the beloved team he has been a fan all his life. You find a player like that where it means something to wear the uniform, they'll step up and take charge and do what it takes to win.
