In a symbolic show of unified support, NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue and Saints owner Tom Benson made a long-term commitment to New Orleans on Wednesday and unveiled details of the club's 2006 plan that includes playing a full schedule of games at the Superdome and bringing a series of national events to the city.

Standing under a perfect sky in front of the Saints' Metairie training facility, Tagliabue and Benson said the Saints are committed to New Orleans -- as long as New Orleans is committed to them.

Sounds good on paper, but I really think things will work out for the Saints to remain in N.O, my gut feeling

It will really help if the team could win and take it to the playoffs the city will support them. Once you start tanking how the hell people can put money and butts in seats when they are trying to build there house

So if you're winning, I can put my house on hold to buy a ticket, but if you're losing, the house takes priority? Huh? How about, we want our team to stay so but a damn ticket no matter what?
