St. Paul Pioneer Press : The Vikings will interview New England director of college scouting Tom Dimitroff today for the position of personnel director.

Tom Dimitroff knows how to scout. I have watched him at work here in boston and the guy knows players. He does not go with hype. Year after year the patroits get players all the way down the board.

Right now he is the most needed improvement to our team.
He is out there so have we even contacted him to work for us?
This guy is a winner.
