Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports the Miami Dolphins are waiting for the Houston Texans to settle former head coach Dom Capers' contract situation before they can formally hire him for their coaching staff. Capers still has one year remaining on his Houston contract despite being fired January 2 following a 2-14 season.
