Stanford's Hayes added to Saints Staff

the thing about the 3-4 is you have to have quick, hard nosed, smart linebackers... something this team is severely lacking... there is not one, with the possilble exception of fincher, that i could think of benefitting from switching to a 3-4 defensive set up... we'll have to overhaul every one of the linebacker positions to run that scheme... now, if we bring in peterson/witherspoon, draft d'qwell jackson, and coach up watson, allen, and mckinnon, then maybe we'll have enough there to run that particular scheme, but man that's a lot of presumption
