Saints Contract w/ the State - Re-Titled
 

i also found it interesting that tag said he did not think the saints contract with the state is appropriate, meaning he thinks the saints have the better deal to what i'm reading into it....

anyway, i'm thinking, why put all this money in the dome?
sure, it attracts other sources of revenue, but the saints are the main part of it........
there's so much more that could be done with the money elsewhere......
even for a patch job, that's one hellava bill...........
