i actually like the idea of cutler and really think the saints front office likes him as well..
i would not be surprised at all if this happened, and fact, i'm hoping it will........smitty

Cutler? Squirrel please. If we're not going to take Leinart with the #2, we need to trade down and take Hawk or Brick. Then take Mangold in the 2nd because last time I checked, we don't have a center. Also take a LB in the 2nd.

What do I do now?

I start thinking about a new handle on B&G.net.....

Trade down a few spots and take Brick or Hawk with the 1st pick. Extra 2nd take Mangold and Carpenter or Hodge with the other 2nd.

What we do know is we don't need another DE. Mario Williams is a great player but we do not have a need at DE. I don't know why people like John Clayton keep throwing that name out there, it's kind of scary to think we would draft a DE in the top 5 with soo many other needs. Hawk seems to be popular but he was the 2nd best lb in the big 10 last year (I said big 12 in an earlier post so I had to correct myself somewhere on this forum). I would love to pick up Bush but that probably won't happen. So I guess it's looking like we're going to trade down and Huff sounds interesting B&B, I'd like him on our team next year a lot. One question, who's going to trade with us? I hear all these ESPN guys throwing out the Jets but all the local talk shows up here are saying the Jets are going to stay put and go for Mario Williams at DE (Abraham is looking like he's out) or draft Brick. Truthfully, I can't make up my mind who I want, but I know I don't want Williams.

i know this we can trade down now if we want and get some extra pciks. i like it. let's just hope we draft need unless some crazy talent is available and we can't pass them up. kinda like with will.
