I understand why some may think things will not work out but consider the facts -- Yes Brees is a gamble -- but a safe one -- Deuce is recovering but we signed Bennet and still have others -- We have imrpoved our linebacking core -- still looking for another top corner in FA, gotten a new coach and still have the number 2 in the draft. All of those are positive things -- whether they work out or not is a different story -- but all are reasons for optimisim not pessimism --
