RE: Abraham to the Falcons
Wheelman want both picks. Wheelman greedy.

RE: Abraham to the Falcons
I don't think #4 & #29 are worth the #2 spot. If we trade it'll be more profitable to take #4 and next year's 1st rounder. There is NO WAY that NYJ will turn around that much.

RE: Abraham to the Falcons
..lost in the draft stuff is the fact that the Vicks just got a heck of a defensive player...
|
RE: Abraham to the Falcons
Not lost... just ignored, I really don't want to think about playing their D.

BMG, you're showing your man-love for D'Brick again. ;-)
|
I hate the Falcons.
|
I just can't wait to see the Raiders put-up 5TD'S on our defense led by you know who...
|
Say what?, Payton Manning yes, Brooks?, are you kidding us? He can barley throw for 5 TD's in 3 games much less one.
Your post make no sense to me, sorry. |
If the Jets want to deal with us, that could land us one of the following two scenarios:
#4-D'Brickashaw Ferguson #29-Bobby Carpenter #34-Nick Mangold or #4-A.J. Hawk #29-Eric Winston #34- Nick Mangold |

The only way Aaron could throw 5 TD's in a game is if they were INT's returned for TD's. |
Whitworth is gonna be the bomb LT. He had the best combine of them all, and he'll probably be there if we're lucky with our pick #34.
Hawk, Whitworth(LSU), Wroten(LSU), top center available, then my ideal pick is Skyler Green in the 4th. |

When he was having those 3 and 4 TD games as a Saint you weren't saying that. |

ghandi, I like the sound of Brick, Carpenter, and Mangold. Gives us 3 starters at positions we have holes in. Regardless of who we take, if we trade down I want as many picks as possible this year, I don't want to wait till next year for a pick!

Then we could do this: #4-Hawk #29-Winston #34-Mangold #36-Wroten Man, that gets the blood flowing doesn't it? |

Damn G, pimp juice alert.

They (Denver) can still throw alot at GB or SF for their picks so they can get Cutler or Young whichever is still available. They still have the #15 and #22 to play with.
|
I don't think Mangold is going to be there in the second round. I think that if we want to get him, we're going to have to trade down to the 24-32nd range...
|
both firsts, and the 3rd would be more in line. would be a 4th, but you gotta bump that given the talent.
|
Just FYI
#2= 2600 #4+#29= 2440 off by 160 their 3rd #71= 235 and 4th #103= 88 take 4, 29, and 71 since we are missing a 3rd rd pick. Throw'em a 5th rd if need be ---- of cousre there is the 4th to 7th move after that. only 300 pts diff tho. Raiders give #7 & #38 (2020pts) and we give them #4 & the acquired #71 (2035pts) They throw in a 7th rd if need be ---- end result? basically move from to 2 to 7 and add #29 and #38 #7, 29, 34, 38 are the picks. i could see 3 starters as a result. |
Whew... looking at your post Kelley made me flash back to algebra class. I'd be happy getting both 1st and their 3rd. Starting off day two of the draft with a high pick, plenty of great players should be sitting right there. I like the Hawk/Winston combo the most but i am really high on Da Brick... especially since the Dirty Ass Birds have Kerney and Abraham to contend with now! But I have to admit, going to war with one year of experience between two tackles scares me a little.
