I think Brick is the best player that would be availabe, and besides Reggie Bush, perhaps the best player in the draft. I've also been a big supporter of Brick recently, but I think that drafting a little farther down and getting Hawk might be the right idea.
Brick would obviously help with our OLine situation, but is it really that big of a hole? Last year, although he wasn't spectacular, Gandy was solid. He understands the schemes well (better than a rookie would as we saw from Jammal Brown), and although he's old, he still has good technique. Brick can also only play one position. Another good point, made by Whodi, is that if we do draft Brick now, we're going to have to release him or Brown in the near future do to the sheer size of NFL OTs. I think that Hawk, a guy who can pretty much play any LB position, would be the better selection because we would be able to trade farther down and still get Hawk and we'd also be addressing a bigger need at MLB or OLB.
Williams is a hell no. You can't use your highest draft pick on a player who plays the one position on your team that actually doesn't need any upgrading. If the Colts had the #2 pick, would they take Leinart? Hell no.
