Jimmy Smith, of the New Orleans Times-Picayune, reports free agent WR/KR Michael Lewis (Saints) was not at the New Orleans Saints minicamp Friday, April 7.Greg Johnson, Lewis' New Orleans-based representative, said Friday afternoon, April 7, he thought the two sides were close to a deal. "We're optimistic about it and we're looking forward to getting him out there soon," Johnson said.

Yeah, hopefully the guy can stay healthy and start getting the ball down field like he used to. I want to see Beerman run for some TD's again!
