The Titans Radio Network, citing Mike Detillier, of the M & D Draft Report, reports the Tennessee Titans actually put the best trade offer on the table to the New Orleans Saints to move up to the No. 2 pick in the NFL Draft. If the Titans would have gotten a deal done with New Orleans for the second pick, it is still uncertain on how they would have used it, although earlier reports said they were considering drafting RB Reggie Bush.

I think when Bush became available, he was the target. I think it would've taken a "ricky" type deal to move, and even then I think the FO might have been hesitant. I've heard reports New York was offering a ton to move up, but I think those are just the media and fans expressing sour grapes and making excuses for why the weren't able to get Bush. All I know is it was like Xmas yesterday, waking up to hear williams had signed with Houston!!!
