Some good coaches - Parcells, Belichek, and Marvin Lewis are loading up on LSU players. Bengals drafted Whitworth and Brazell, then signed Livings and David Jones after drafting Ben Wilkerson last year.

i always thought david jones was underused in the LSU offense... i always thought he would have a break out year sooner or later if they threw him the ball more, he has got good hands and descent speed for a TE

Jones was a little underused the last couple years and had a couple minor injuries. I don't know if he was less involved because he wasn't the greatest blocker, so he wasn't on the field as much, or if it was cause LSU's got so much talent at WR and RB that there just weren't enough balls to go around.
I do think Jones will make it, and I think he would've been a great fit here, possibly being what we thought Boo Williams would turn in to. |
