How will you see the Saints this year?

I'll be watching NFL Sunday ticket on my new 52" JVC flat screen TV. Took me 54 years to say that!

RE: How will you see the Saints this year?

Local watering hole here in frickin' Iowa!

I'll be sporting my Saints gear proudly as I do every season.

BiggPoppaFro4 05-17-2006 09:18 PM

At work or at home, but def. out here on the left coast

Trying to get regulations to say I can wear Black AND gold on gamedays!

BoudinSandwich 05-17-2006 11:41 PM

In the dome, baby!

65" Sony HDTV with full surround sound. And hopefully at least one game live, preferably the dome.

GoldRush26 05-18-2006 12:21 AM

I'm in Seattle, but for 160 bucks for season tix....i'll buy the package just to do my part as a fan. I may fly to NO for a game or two as time permits.

Crusader 05-18-2006 12:56 AM

On a shaky internet connection on a 19" Fujitsu monitor. The sound system is a pretty good 5.1 but the sound stream is so bad that it doesn't matter. There might be beer thou.
:givemebeer:

D_it_up 05-18-2006 01:13 AM

Hoping to be at the Shreveport and Jackson pre-season games. (If anyone is going to those games let me know in advance and we'll make a caravan of it.) Hoping to get to the Dome a game or two....otherwise, on my couch on POS Vision.

thib82 05-18-2006 07:21 AM

Either Buffalo Wild Wings, or in my living room. Depends on how good Saturday night was.

DblBogey 05-18-2006 07:49 AM

In my skivvies, watching it on a Yippenese 23" with plenty of tea in in the frig . . .

FatiusJeebs 05-18-2006 08:03 AM

Sunday Ticket....56" Samsung....HD!!!!!

There ain't a wall in my house that big. Mine hangs over the edges of my entertainment center as it is. LOL. Nothing like HD in my book.

If Halo still loves me I'll be in N.O. for the Falcons game.

62" Toshiba flat screen DLP. God's gift to television. NFL Sunday Ticket. Used to have to go to the local Fast Eddie's Sports Bar and beg them to put us on the big screen. Didn't have to beg leat year due to "sympathy." Atalanta game in the dome live, Dallas game Dec. 10th live. Maybe a couple in between live.

NOSaints 05-18-2006 09:02 AM

On my HD-ILA 61" JVC in Hi-Def via NFL Sunday Ticket. I just realized something. I have never seen a game in the Dome. As a grammar school kid recruited from St. Frances Cabrini I sold popcorn and peanuts at every Saints game at Tulane Stadium and after graduating from Brother Martin, I joined the NAVY in 1973, and I have been in California ever since. I think this is the year I go back and see a game in the Dome.

JOESAM2002 05-18-2006 09:06 AM

We all need to make an effort to meet in N.O. for the Atlanta game or one of the others. Halo possibly help us set up the tickets.

zachsaints52 05-18-2006 09:19 AM

I will be watching whenever they get on NBC or ABC or whatever during the non Monday night game. I would love to meet some people in NC for the Panthers game. I hopefully will be going to it.

lynwood 05-18-2006 12:12 PM

as usual i'll be listening to the radio broadcast team on Field Pass. 25 bucks a season and they do a pretty good honest job of it. Maybe next year i'll pony up for a HDTV or Projector with 100 inch display on my wall.
until then it's Real Player Field Pass.

dwiley21 05-18-2006 12:16 PM

Hoping to get direct tv, but if I don't then at the local sports bar. Will see them live @ Tampa

xan 05-18-2006 01:28 PM

No luck for the weary in new jersey. I'll be forced to watch the gi-Aints, the flotsam and the beagles unless there's a national broadcast of the Saints. Sports bars up here fear mold if they watch a Saints game.

TallySaint 05-18-2006 01:46 PM

Are all games televised in the New Orleans market area? Some subject to blackout? I live in Tallahassee, so if I planned a weekend in Pensacola area would I see a game? How far east of New Orleans could I be safe in seeing a televised game - whether home or away?

Thanks.

In Tallahassee I will see a few games against NFC South opponents and national games. Occasionally I'll visit a sports pub where they'll turn a tv on or two to Saints. Usually try to attend one game a year.

johnnyhomey 05-18-2006 03:44 PM

I plan on ordering Sunday ticket.

I'll be in attendance for the Saints-Bucs game in Tampa, flying from St Lou to see it!

saintbuck 05-18-2006 03:49 PM

I'll be at the home opener Monday night, and also the Philly game. The rest will be watched on local television. I cant wait for Sept. 25, anyone else gonna be there.

Rsanders24 05-18-2006 04:01 PM

Hopefully on my new 60" Sony Grand WEGA if the bastards at BB can get me one that not damaged or scratched. :censored:

Hey Tally, my best buddy lives in Fort Walton Beach, (Same TV Stations as Pensacola), and he gets all the Saints games, so far none have been blacked out. But this year, since they anticipate to sell out many more games than in the past, I think it will even be available locally in New Orleans. Did you see the new Super Fan goodie on DirecTV HD that allows you to watch 8 games at the same time?

TallySaint 05-18-2006 04:23 PM

Thanks for the info, NOS. Cool lookin' Super Fan stuff!

I'll be watching the Saints this year ... but only if i'm lucky! And that is if the only channel who air NFL i Denmark, get an Saint' game from the NFL. I guess the NFL selects the best games too send overseas to europe... and that has only been twice since 2000!!!!

I didn't. But I probably wouldn't get it anyway. My Sunday Ticket is strictly to watch the Saints. After the Saints game I'll drift inbetween whatever's on in the afternoon, but not with too very much interest.

I only have a 32" flat screen CRT. But it gets the job done.

I plan to see Saints-Falcons in Atlanta. Unfortunately I cannot make the Monday night game because of work. But I may catch another game in the Dome during the season.
