BENSON TALKS SMACK
 

I was watching total access on nfl network and they showed the press conference today about breaking the season ticket record. Benson was talking about the first home game against ATL was going to be in front of a sellout crowd. He made the comment that hid did not think the coach would mind him saying that we are going to kick there HUMP HUMP. Even Benson is fired up about this team.

Seems like he is back to the old days when he did the Benson boogie. Honestly -- I think he likes being the hero rather than the goat

Glad he's excited. I just don't trust him, though.

He probably loved hearing of Tag's retirement. It'll be interesting to see who the new commish is and if he/she will be in New Orleans' corner as Tag's was - or seemed to be, anyway.

I like the way he dissed local businesses who've bought 81 of the 136 suites. Sure, their offices and homes aren't fully operational, they're living in FEMA trailers, but they are disappointing bastards because they wouldn't commit to spending up to $250K they don't have, or maybe never will. Nice attitude and the real one, not the fake one about "kicking butt."

Benson still blows....no matter how much trash he talks.
