Not a peep Gator. But I sure wish they would, if they did imagine how dangerous Deuce would be then. Not to mention Horn,Stallworth and Pathon. WOW.

I hope it\'s the same turf as what Dallas has put in- it is incredible!
One of my clients is a school district that was one of the first to lay down this new turf. The blades are about 2-3 inches long. Once they\'ve laid it out, they go back and fill it with these little rubber pellets about 1 1/2-2 inches deep. Very giving, very soft and a HUGE upgrade over other versions of turf.

Anything that cuts down on the number of knee and ankle injuries. The old style turf has ruined quite a few careers.

i just emailed the people at SMG (they run the Superdome) about any changes to the playing surface... if and when i hear from them.. i will copy and paste the email in full

I know Field Turf is getting put in at the Saints new practice facility, but I\'ve heard nothing about installing it in the Dome.

I doubt it. I think we\'d have all heard about it if the Dome was going to implement, it\'s so expensive that they\'d make a big fuss about it, I think.
