Joe Horn's a good dude
Quote:
Joe Horn gets it... It's a business and the best thing you can do is roll with the punches, even if your friend just got traded off the team. I get the feeling that Colston will be more receptive to Horn's guidance. Joe's smart, and willing to talk all day (even in 3rd person). Colston and Jones, both should watch him carefully and learn his work ethic. I don't think Stallworth ever matured, otherwise he would've taken his job more seriously. You don't get paid to just be a game day player. Mr. Horn, I hope you have a great season. Randy Moss was a great and mature reciever when he was mentored by Cris Carter! Horn is a quality guy and , if the youngsters want help, can be a great teacher. Stallworrth wasn't eager to be mentored, but hopefully some of these young guys will look to Horn for solid advice!

RE: Joe Horn
If I had a nickle for every time Joe Horn said he was gonna take a young reciever to the next level I'd have a conditional 3rd draft pick and an LB who's name I can't spell...

RE: Joe Horn
what does having a nickle have to do with draft picks and LB's?

I like this from Joe. I wonder at times whether he has a future in coaching once he finishes playing?
On another note, I hope they learn fast. Joe seems to miss more and more games to injury. |

Donte' was listening to Joe, but for whatever reason things didn't happen here for him. Hopefully he does well there, and those fans give him a chance.
