Karma?
I was talking to my friend the other day who is still dealing with the loss of his father this past year. His father.....one of the most adamant Saints fans I ever met, passed away from cancer in August. We also lost Buddy D last year. Since their passing, we have noticed some major changes in the organization. The old regime is gone, Brooks was finally cut, we acquired a "no-nonsense" coach & a leader at QB, & we had one of the best drafts that I can remember w/ Reggie Bush falling in our lap at #2. Could it be that Buddy D & "Big D" are upstairs pulling a few strings? Anyway.....it got me thinking. When was the last time this many good things has happened to this particular organization? I can't even remember anytime. So......if you're up there, keep pulling those strings. Karma looks to be going in the favor of one of the most unlucky franchises in NFL history. Hopefully......you can catch all of the games in high def. from the clouds above.

Buddy D musta had a private session with the head honco upstairs. We are at least headed in the right direction, and have more focus and drive than almost any Saints team I can remember since Mora first got here. I am not sure they can understand all of what you say Buddy, but keep on talking.

So, what you're saying is that it took the unfortunate passing of nice, die hard Saints' fans to turn this boat in the right direction? How many must die before we win the Super Bowl?

I don't know who else is up there talking good about the Saints, but rest assured it ain't Butty Dildoberto. He never had a positive thing to say while on earth, so why would you think that he'd change. Probably, he's squatting on the coals, drinking some sort of home brew and talking about Donte Stallpepper. We caught a break when they hired Payton. No BS or stupidity, No drama. Just work and practice.

I disagree whole-heartedly there. I think Buddy spoke so poorly of the team, cause he felt it was not headed in the right direction. And was he wrong? Don't think so. I think buddy loved this team as much as anyone, and wanted to see a Superbowl win before he died. Well, he didn't. but his heart is still with us. Oh no my friend, it's Buddy up there talking. Believe that.

Everytime we get a new coach there is some major shake up to get people going again... NO BIG DEAL, expected.
