Why isn't Clark Starting

Im not questioning Paytons moves, but i cant understand why he keeps simoneau in there when we have a better mic linebacker on the sidelines. :?:

Our whole Lber core has been solid in there. Simoneau hasn't disappointed. It's nice to have quality depth though and Clark is still contributing as a back up and on special teams.

Clark has a hip problem right now. Nothing serious but IMO the LB's are doing a pretty good job. If it ain't broke.....Don't fix it!
