Mayberry RETIRED?

<Saints offensive guard Jermane Mayberry quietly retired two weeks ago after 10 years in the NFL -- the first nine spent with the Eagles. Mayberry, 33, signed a four-year free-agent deal with the Saints in 2005, but a shoulder injury slowed him last season and landed him on injured reserve this year. A former first-round draft pick, Mayberry started 104 games in his career and was selected as a Pro Bowl starter in 2002. >
