coach of the week.....hell no......this guy should get coach of the year......now

I also watched the interview on the Rome Show, Rome asked Payton if he voted for himself and he said not YET but plans too, he said his wife voted for him 6 times and asked the fans to vote "as many times as your computer let's you", he smiled when he said it .
There's a very good chance he'll be coach of the year if things continue to go well for the Saints..

This is a guy that, I don't care if it's a wildcard, he gets this team to the playoffs he deserves Coach of the Year.

If the voting were this week I think he'd win it unanimously. From what I've seen of him and his team in 6 games I can't forsee the monumental breakdown it would take for him NOT to win it.

I think he's already locked it up.

Wouldn't that be two coaches in a row that won it in their first year? :D
