McFarland traded to Colts
 

Booger got traded for a 2nd rd pick. Being that Brooks is aging and has probably lost a step, I'd say McFarland is one of the better defensive players on the Bucs.

It won't hurt that he won't be in the middle the next time we play them, either.

Booger turns 29 at the end of this year. If the Bucs were willing, would it have been worth it to give up a 2nd rounder for a DT of his ability being that the position isn't really a strength for us?

Also, the Bucs signed Buchanon.

Good news on both counts.
Too bad Rice didn't go too.
