I've read that too. But I think there might be some truth to it.

I hope he plays, all we need is for McNair not to play and some people (media) will say we beat the Ravens because McNair wasn't in the game.

I hope we blitz the pants off of whoever is playing quarterback.

Not sure what happened to the Ravens running game lately, just a couple of years ago J. Lewis ran for over 2000 yards in one season, then he went to jail and never got back to his game since, this year Lewis isn't much of a factor in the Ravens offense, IMO the Saints will cripple their running game Sunday.

RE: Update on McNair.

Oct 24 McNair practiced Monday for the first time since sustaining a concussion and sprained neck Oct. 15 against Carolina. Coach Brian Billick, who will be calling the offensive plays after offensive coordinator Jim Fassel was fired last week, contends McNair will start when the Ravens face New Orleans on Sunday. Baltimore had a bye last week.
Advice: Expect McNair to have success with Billick's hands-on approach to the offense. He can still run an offense and has a 56. 3 completion percentage. He's thrown for five touchdowns and seven interceptions in six games this season.

Steve McNair: (Concussion) Limited in Practice
Steve McNair: (Concussion) Limited in Practice

RotoWire.com Staff - RotoWire.com
Monday, October 23, 2006
Update: McNair (concussion) was limited in practice on Monday with the Ravens, not even bringing his helmet to the practice field, the Baltimore Sun reports.

Recommendation: Nonetheless, coach Brian Billick expects that McNair will be ready to start Sunday's game at New Orleans. "I'm unaware of anything that would change that as of right now but we'll see," Billick said. "Obviously, any time someone has a concussion, you go with it slowly."

to early to call i guess. I hope he is ok but he can show up and throw as many interceptions as he wants if he is not sure.
I really do not want kyle to show up and have another of his great games either.

Kyle will do the best that he can to remain the starter.

I have two comments on this. One, McNair is one tough SOB; if there is any chance he can play there isn't a question about it, he will be in there. Two, I'm a huge fan, I hope he plays.

Okay he is not all that bad when his game is on, gang.
he deserves some serious respect

I have followed the Ravens for years. I used to live in DC for a few years, and I learned to hate the Skins and their fans, so I rooted for the Ravens next door to annoy the Skins fans.

And guess what, Kyle Boller is dangerous. Boller never had any veterans to learn from in Baltimore. He just got thrown in to the QB carousel and struggled. It finally started clicking for Boller last year though. His game started coming together in the last half of the season. I hope McNair starts, because I honestly believe we have a better chance to win with McNair starting over Boller.

Dont underestimate him...

But see this football not tennis or basketball this is a collison sport not contact when people get injured new one step up that is a hallmark of a team not the starters but the bench cuz when ya bench is good u have no worries ask the guy Brett Farve stole his job from lol. It's football a win is a win.
