Merrill "Frickin" Hodge....
just predicted the Chargers beating the Saints in the Super Bowl. Hate it when that happens.
|
Shame on you,BnB. Now you're gonna get all the homers upset that someone picked against us.
:D |
Forgive me, But who is that?
|
Works as an analyst for ESPN. Was a bruising fullback for the Steelers, back when he played.

I would just be so happy and proud if we got that far. Probably shed some tears and take a few days off to recuperate. |
when did we trade brees back to the chargers?
sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeettttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
I can't believe we lost.
|
Im as excited as the next guy but lets not forget. Our defense is playing good ball even though they are not that fast, but come playoff time we will come across a team that will exploit that. And as we found out last week, our offense is not built to play from behind.
|
Don't get too excited guys. The guy that made that prediction has the IQ of a cooked lima bean.
|
Yeah Merrill Hodge ain't exactly the brightest guy around... but this is all inconsequential because we all know the NFL is going to rig the rest of the season and let the Cowboys win out so that we can hear about T.O. everyday until February.

more ESPN entertainment tonight BS.
They are all scrambling now that a few teams have lost and the colts proved them wrong. despite a little help from lady luck for the colts on D. Next week it will be different. Unless we win in PITT>>>>> |
the so called nfl experts are morons... not only on espn.... it's like they let anyone make analysis these days... however, espn has some good analyst for college football.... herbstreit and corso.... love those guys..... i like berman and steve young and tom jackson in the nfl stable, but everyone else is a joke..... don't know much of anything, even those that played in the nfl....
|
Kind of makes you wish Sterling Sharpe were back on ESPN huh?
|
ESPN stooped to a new low when they allowed, or encouraged, Sean Salisbury and his pea-shooter of a brain to make John Clayton's life a living hell.

honestly, clayton is a good reporter, but not quite as good as an analyst..... and sean salsbury, well, he couldn't cut it as a quarterback and he ain't cuttin' it as an analyst either..... he's like the jock in high school that was so cool then, that grew up, stayed in the same hometown and now is still a dick, but is a loser, with very little money and stuff, but still a dick nonethelsss, just b/c that's who he is.... that to me is how salisbury seems, or at least the character he portrays on espn.... he seems so arrogant and "holier than thou" to me
