Oh Lord, please let Fred Thomas be healthy next week...
On Parker's 72-yard run on the left side, did anyone else notice the blatant hold on J. Craft that sprung Parker? Other than that, Craft again was abused all game. But we did find out he can run W. Parker down from behind. Here's hopin' Freddie T's hammy is 100% next week against the Bengals.

The head does nothing but gasps. It is the blood man. that and the feet. the rest you can cook. unless you want to use the innerades to tell your future.

I didn't know McKenzie was that fast. Don't Willie Parker pose to run a 4.2?

McKenzie catching him surprised me too...I did see the hold on Craft...Ifl you can go back and watch the game again...the Steelers O-line and recievers were holding like mad on running plays the whole game...Will Smith was getting mugged...

RE: Re: RE: Oh Lord, please let Fred Thomas be healthy next
The refs called that ticky-tack call on that Pitt d-lineman for grabbing Brees' ankle, but turned the other way when it came to Pitt holding.

Saintfan
Parker couldn't been gas cuz that was the 1st 70 + run plus McKenzie have to run on every play while Parker was in & out. Gotta give McKenzie his dues cuz I wouldn't expect him to catch Parker |
RE: Re: RE: Oh Lord, please let Fred Thomas be healthy next
Did you see the hustle by Charles Grant in the 4th qtr that barely tripped up the back on a screen play on 3rd down that would have surely resulted in a first down had Grant not got a hand on him? ... I thought that was good hustle too.

RE: Re: RE: Oh Lord, please let Fred Thomas be healthy next
Maybe it was Pitt's holding, but C. Grant seemed to be the only Saints' d-linman to make any plays that game. He also had a couple of pressures, a tipped pass, and he read a shuffle pass beautifully for a loss on one play.
