Skins game thoughts..............
 

1. Took my 8 year old son to his first Saints game(he loved it even though the Saints lost).

2. I knew with Joe Gibbs on the other side this would be a tough game.(especially after beating Dallas so bad)

3. The talent level is so close in the NFL one good team could be flat and the other bad team play good and make a close game.

4.I don't like questioning coaching decisions but why were we throwing in the end zone at the end with still one timeout. We should have got the first down.

5. I expect the Saints to come out and beat the Giants Sunday and then "the experts" will consider us Super Bowl contenders again.

We're going to spank the Giants just like we did Dallas. I can't say that I didn't see this coming... hopefully we'll get our offense going again so we can come into the playoffs in rythmn.

Just some other thoughts on the game...

1. The Redskins got a steal when the signed Betts to that small extension last week. This guy could be starting for a majority of the NFL teams out there... yet he'll be Portis' backup again next season.

2. Man do we need Hollis back.

3. I'm very high on Bullocks, but he's struggling in coverage this season.

4. I don't understand we always just rush 4. Get our linebackers more involved in putting pressure on the quarterback.

5. Our kickoff coverage has been struggling this season... Hester, Sheppard, Burleson, Thompson, etc. are names we certainly need to concern ourselves with going into the playoffs. We need to play better.

6. RUN DEUCE. RUN DEUCE. RUN DEUCE.

Agree big time with number 4. We should have blitzed Campbell and tried to pressure him into mistakes. He was given way to much time and still completed less than 50%. I agree on Hollis also, I was sitting in the end zone and you could drive two trucks through some of those holes.
