YES home field even if people say were not that great at home its the point thats made that we are good enough to have a bye. people out there i drink coffee and i woke up. grab a cup and think about it were close.

RE: wake up its not a dream
Going into this season I would have never dreamed them going this far, winning the NFC South and securing a bye and guaranteed at least one game at home, I never would have dreamed that the Saints would have the #1 offense in the NFL.
The Saints have surprised everyone this season. |
RE: wake up its not a dream
Yeah its hard to believe the NFC sucks so bad. The only team who is rising out of the ashes is the Saints... GOOD THING!!!!

you are absolutely right, this is not a dream. this is a really good team. i think the media is finally understanding that too. these guys could beat anyone
|
The media is shocked at how well the Saints are playing this season, they're not alone, I can't believe we're the NFC South Champs and secured a bye.
What a great season the Saints are having, I'm not one to look ahead but can you imagine how good this team will be next year? |
I'm not shocked at all and can honestly say I expected it. I told all my friends and family before the season started that the Saints would go 10-6. I am, however happier than a pig in u know what! I knew th Saints would be good the minute they signed Drew Brees. Hands down he has been my favorite NFL QB even last year, and had him pegged along with Hasselback as the two best young guns in the league. After seeing him play in a Saints uniform, right now I'd say he's the best in the league, and destined for greatness if he continues his success which I'm sure he will. Sorta like Joe Montana, Steve Young, Tome Brady etc......

I was anticipating (but not hoping for) a letdown of sorts as I'm sure the media was with the signing of Brees. I was jacked about it but all too often the "Quick Fix Solution" ends up being an accountability.
I sincerely hope there won't be too many players that get dreams of the Big Bling ($$$) once the season is over. This team is too valuable to the NO community to have a lot of players convince themselves he was the reason the team was as successful as they were this season. I've seen too many times where we have had a crushing defense or an unstoppable offense and then it gets inversed the next season. This team right now is as formidable as I remember in all phases. Sean Payton I hope is savvy enough to convince all the top shelf players to keep close to the vest. Are the Saints gonna be the team that all the NFL stars now want to play for? hmmmm.....http://209.85.12.234/7361/20/emo/eusa_think.gif "Sorry Terell, we'll have to refuse your participation." Sweet. |
