AFC DOMINANCE?????????????????

San Francisco defeated Denver in overtime in a game that the Broncos had to win to get in the playoffs. That's the same NFC San Francisco team that was nowhere near in the playoff picture, beating a so called good AFC Denver team that was pick to go deep in the playoffs by those same experts that predicted a last place finish for our SAINTS, and they beat them in Denver. So from now on stop believing all that hype that those so called experts poison our airwaves with, because so far everything those experts have predicted have been dead wrong. SAN FRANCISCO 26; DENVER 23, so much for the AFC dominance. GO NFC SOUTH DIVISION CHAMPION SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

And if it wasn't for a miracle play in the final 80 seconds of last week's game, San Diego (now at 14-2 and the supposed best team in the AFC and in the entire NFL) would have lost to the NFC's third or fourth best team (Seattle, now at 9-7).

Perhaps whoever represents the NFC in the Superbowl isn't so weak after all.

I was getting a bit sick of hearing how the NFC is so bad this year during sunday's games. The 6th seed in the NFC is 8-8; the 6th seed in the AFC is 9-7. Not THAT big of a difference. It's not like the AFC had a 10-6 team that didn't make the playoffs (like last year).

I'll root for the Saints, of course, but if they don't make it, I'll be rooting for any NFC team to beat down any AFC team in the SB. I usually root for AFC for some reason... Maybe because I hate so many of the Saints' rival NFC teams, but the media has pushed me across the line now.

Seahawks had that game won against the Chargers for sure..
I'm interested in the KC-Indy game, I want to see how many yards Larry Johnson will get going against that horrible Indy run defense.
I know KC doesn't have much of an offense but I think they'll wear down the Colts defense early in the game with Larry, IMO KC will upset the Colts.
The Ravens I think are the real threat in the AFC, I'm picking them to make it to the SB, hope the Saints are there with them.

If the Saints go down, I'll probably pull for the Chiefs because they are a class act and because of Lamar Hunt. W/out him there is no Super Bowl.

I think the Raiders, Browns and the Texans are the best teams in football.

well consider this...

ONLY, 2 AFC teams posted losing records against NFC teams and 7 in the NFC posted losing records.

AFC holds the win-loss record by an astonishing 40-24.

I'd consider AFC pretty dominate over NFC.

precisely. The media's jobs have become so pedestrian that statistics such as these really must be over-scrutinized.
