The colder the better. Get the field nice and hard, perfect running conditions just like running on faux turf!

Rain or snow... we'll be ready to hunt. We're going to maul those Bears. I don't think I've ever been so confident in a Saints win in my life.

People are making it like the Saints are the only team that will have to play in the cold. The Bears have to play in it too.

What ever the weather conditions are, it will be the same on both ends of the field! As far as the cold, it should be around 32 degrees, great football weather, its just a state of mind. The only impact that could hurt the passing game is a lot of snow, again it would snow on both ends of the field.
My biggest fear was the Eagles and that is behind us. If deuce continues to carry the mail and Bush protects the pig skin, the Saints should win this one!

the wind chill is supposed to be 17 degrees...and it wasnt a "wintry mix" for the Seahawks game, there was no snow/rain at all. Actually I was quite warm at the game. The Bears have to play in it too, but we play in it all the time...

Here are the Bears game conditions for the last 10 games:

Nov5 - Miami - 54/Sunny/SW8 (loss)
Nov12- @NYG - 48/Night/NNE9 (win)
Nov19 - @NYJ - 47/OvCst/W5 (win)
Nov26 - @NE - 54/Cldy/WSW7 (loss)
Dec3 - Minn - 20/MCldy/W15 (win)
Dec11 - @StL - Indoors (win)
Dec18 - TB - 46/Clear/noW (win)
Dec25 - @DET - Indoors (win)
Jan1 - GB - 50/Night/SW10 (loss)
Jan14 - SEA - 32/Cldy/N8 (win)

Get the facts straight. The Bears have played TWO games in temperatures less than 45 degrees this season, which is only ONE more than the Saints. Both teams practice indoors. There is no conclusion that can be made from this data.

Denial (or ignorance) of reality leads to overconfidence, which leads to getting a deserved beatdown. Keep your Bushian beliefs, dabears, they will provide little warmth as they burn.

For the third time this season, the playing surface at Soldier Field has been resodded and sprayed with a vegetable dye to make it a deep shade of green.

How About That? New Orleans QB Drew Brees hasn’t played a game at under 40 degrees since 2004. Sunday’s preliminary Chicago forecast calls for game-time temperatures of 32 degrees. Brees grew up in toasty Texas. But, of course, he played his college ball at Purdue, in chilly Indiana.

And there's Ice and Snow in south Texas as I type. Could be an omen. ;)
