Dont worry about GIBBS going to Dallas. Word out here is that whoever takes the job is just holding it for two or maybe three year's max for Garret to take over. Jerry Jones is trying to win now, and still groom his coach of the future who is Garret.

Plus the Bears DC has already stated his intrest in taking the job, and looks forward to talking to Jones the day after the superbowl.
