Saints more attractive now???
Alot of times in the past, numerous free agents have said that they really didn't want to go to New Orleans, because of the Katrina situation, and the small television market. Do you guys think that this season, might have impacted people's perceptions about the Saints, as an organization? And are we somewhat over the hurdle, of being taken seriously?

RE: Saints more attractive now???
Potentially. I do think FA players will be more likely to take a look at us. Howerver, what we really need to do is get better and romp through the league next year to prove we weren't a flash in the pan.

I'll bet that a lot of offensive FA's would now love to come play for us. For that reason, I would think that signing offensive FA's and drafting defensive players would be the way to go. The Ravens, Bears and Steelers have shown you don't build a defense through FA, you do it through the draft.

With the city making a great effort to come back to what it once was and Sean Payton coaching there I think a lot of FA's would love to come and play for him (Payton) the team, city and the entire state of Louisiana.
What player in the NFL wouldn't want to be part of the Saints after this great season? |

If Brangelina can relocate to New Orleans, why can't an NFL player?

Yep. I say alot of defensive FA'S. Reasonably because they all see that our Offense is superior and that our D is the weakest link by itself. They'd be able to start and make plays right away
