Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports the New Orleans Saints have signed free-agent S Kevin Kaesviharn (Bengals) to a four-year contract worth $10 million with $3.2 million guaranteed.

I love the Kaesviharn deal. We shouldn't have to worry about him blowing assignments like Bullocks did.
