I was going to link you to his Myspace page, but he apparently set it to private, so no dice there. If you look back through some of the other threads on Walt there are some pics.

PS - His new profile quote is "Football is life", and he now lists NOLA as home. Both small-but-encouraging signs.

Thats surprisingly impressive by the young guy. If it holds, this could lead to some major headway into him making the roster and contributing down the line.

This is true. But at least whoeever wrote it for him has best intentions and hopefully those are on his behalf.

At least...he was smart enough to make the change, no matter who wrote it!

Sure he had an agent or PR person write that, but I think it's the sentiment that counts. I think he realizes that this may be his only shot and he needs to take advantage. I applaude the jesture.

Maybe you guys with MS accounts should drop him a few words of encouragement.

I actually commented to some friends at work about how poor his myspace page reflected on him earlier in the week. His agent must have been a real braniac to let him keep all that stuff up there on draft day. And his rap song is pretty gangsta as well. (dude can actually rap though...better than TO anyway)

Not sure why this didn't get changed before the draft, but apparently they got him a nicely written, PR sensitive tag line on his page.

I wish the dude the best. I think if he puts his mind to it, he definitely has the skills to be a player.

Funny...we were interviewing folks a while back and I always search myspace and the web in general to see if I can get any extra info on a guy. We were about to bring a dude in and I found his page where he kept calling women *******....took him off the list immediately because that speaks to the content of his character.

Gotta be careful what you put on the web, especially when you're looking for a job.

I hope he makes the team and can help the team win. But I also hope that he makes the team because I am tired of hearing people diss him about his personal life, his intelligents, and his weight. He needs encouragement and hopefully he can be great in the league. Hopefully he can make some money for himself and his family and help the Saints win.

I'm so excited about training camp this summer. This guy is one of the guys that I will be watching. Could be another diamond in the rough discovered by Payton!
