Preseason Power Rankings
http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/10172376
Ranking teams that haven't played yet is about as worthless as a box of hair, but I figured I send this link along. Here's the top ten: 1. Indy 2. New England 3. San Diego 4. Denver 5. Chicago 6. Baltimore 7. New Orleans 8. Philly 9. Dallas 10. Cinci . . . 32. Cleveland The Saints were at #6 at the end of last year, but this guy has Denver making a huge jump based on...um...Shanhans' hair or something. Personally, I'd like to see the team even lower in those rankings for the underated/sneak-up-on-you factors. What do y'all think? |
This year we won't be taking anyone by surprise... that's for sure. They look about right... only Chicago is ranked above us in the NFC.

Well you can take THAT with a grain of salt!

Interesting cluster 5-11, (pittsburgh is 11) all teams we played last year. The article does have a not-so-flattering line about David. Our schedule this year, even playing the first play teams, is very similar to last year. Other than Indy, our AFC matchups might even be easier. We can take a serious look at 12-4 and a first round bye. |

What do I think, hmmm...
I think power rankings are GAY! Its all based on someones opinon. Finishing number one gets you what? Some of the media does this crap just to fill space and time. Ban and boycott these rankings they aren't worth the time and effort to even read.
