Falcons | AirTran will not renew contract with Vick

The Associated Press reports AirTran Airways has decided not to renew their contract with Atlanta Falcons QB Michael Vick. AirTran spokesman Tad Hutcheson said, "Michael's contract expired May 8, and we advised him then that we would not renew it."

It's usually pretty dumb, but has it's moments...

i don't know if any of you have access to a dallas newspaper, if not, you should be able to pull it up on the internet, but in the sports section one of the writers just blasted vick in an article...
he said he should be gone for life if found guilty for dogfighting as i do...

I can't understand how a college grad, professional athlete doesn't have enough sense to distance himself from something as controversial as dog fighting.
On any account, in my opinion Mr. Vick is on his way out. If by some miracle he manages to stay with Atlanta, it won't be for long.
And then someone like Oakland will pick him up for a season or 2.

easy because vick is a dumb @$$
