It sure is good to see the Saints working a little earlier this year to get all of this stuff taken care relatively early instead of waiting until the week of camp to do all of this. This is just one less thing Bushrod has to worry about and now he can focus squarely on preparing himself for camp and this upcoming season. He can blow as much of his signing bonus now so that will be out of the way once the season starts.

I love the depth of our line especially with all the young talent.

Saints signed fourth-round OT Jermon Bushrod to a three-year contract.

Bushrod made himself the story of minicamp by reporting in great shape and lending a hand as All-Pro LT Jamaal Brown's backup. The 6-5/315 pounder started all four years at Towson and carries a lot of long-term promise.
