If this guy didn't know he was going to workout for the scouts in advance i'm not sure i'd want him. It doesn't say much about his work ethic or he's just to stupid to care. The guy flunked out months ago, surely he knew he had to do something? He doesn't sound like a Payton kind of guy to me!
