Sirius NFL Radio reports the San Diego Chargers have selected University of Georgia CB Paul Oliver with their fourth-round draft choice in the NFL's Supplemental draft.

I'm surprised no one threw a 3rd at him... they got him for a very good price. His 40 time really hurt his draft stock.
